Refund Policy

Cancellation

We accept cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.

Thirty-day returns

If you are not satisfied with the purchased goods for any reason, you have the right to return the goods. This means that you must receive the product within 30 days of the deadline, otherwise we will not accept your return request.

The direct cost of returning (return shipping) will be borne by you and will be deducted from your refund.

You can only return unused products, and the product must retain the original packaging and include all accessories and manuals, including the original warranty and manuals.

Customized products are not returnable.

Any goods not returned in accordance with this provision will not be refunded.

Refund liability:

You can apply for a refund for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order. Orders older than 30 days will not be processed.

Buyer Responsibilities:

Refunds due to subjective reasons, such as buyers not liking, changing their minds, or buying the wrong style, you need to send the item back by yourself. In addition, we need to charge a surcharge equal to 15% of your order amount and shipping costs. Total refund amount = (order amount - surcharge - shipping cost).

Seller Responsibilities:

The package was damaged or lost during transportation. The product does not match the description. The seller is responsible for handling the wrong item. Total refund amount = order amount (you still need to send the package back by yourself).

1. Basic Information: Time and Eligibility

30-Day Refund Period: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a refund or exchange. We believe that you should give you time to experience it at home and make it a part of your daily life (or find that it doesn't fit).

Return Requirements: Items must be unworn and with original tags. Please treat your returned items as precious heirlooms - ready to bring convenience to others.

2. How to Request a Refund

Contact Us: Please email service@herimint.com with your order number and reason for return. Whether it's the wrong size, the wrong color, or it just doesn't feel "right", we listen.
Returns:
US customers: Please use the prepaid return label included in your package (it's free!).
We Ship: Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it within 2-3 business days. If everything is OK, we will process your refund or exchange it for you.

3. When will you receive your refund?

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for funds to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges: We will exchange your item for a new size or style as soon as you return it - no refund required first.

4. What if something goes wrong?

Damaged or defective item: Contact us immediately! Please take a photo and let us know within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will promptly replace your item or issue you a full refund, no returns required. Your comfort is our priority.
Wrong item shipped: Human error happens (even in the most meticulous studios!). Let us know and we'll quickly resolve the issue - whether that means sending the correct item or refunding your money.
