At herimint, we believe that every package should be like the thoughts of an old neighbor - real, considerate, and with a bit of the fireworks of the old times. The following is our delivery commitment, simple and transparent, just like the smile of Uncle Chen behind the counter.

1. Preparation time: slow work makes fine work

Orders are usually packed and shipped within 1-3 working days (weekends and holidays are postponed).

Why does it take time? We have to check each item by hand to see if it is damp and each package has no folded corners, just as carefully as choosing goods for you.

3. What should I do if I encounter a problem?

The package is lost? If you still haven't received it 10 days after the expected delivery date, please contact customer service and we will help you check it out.

Is the product damaged? Take a photo and send it to us within 48 hours of signing for it, and we will reissue or refund it without any hesitation.

4. Return and Exchange Policy: Be considerate

Returns and exchanges are allowed within 30 days (except for food and personal items), and the products must be in their original packaging.

We will pay for the return shipping fee - put the return slip in the package.

5. Tips for the peak season of the New Year and festivals
During the New Year and festivals, packaging may be slow by 1-2 days. We will write a reminder in the store notice board in advance.

We don't deliver packages, so we can't say that the speed is the fastest, but every item is confirmed to be intact, and every package is confirmed to be intact before it is packed - this is the old rule of herimint.
